Hi All,

1. I recently had anal Fissure with blood secretion as well. Last year for the same, I took nitric acidum 30 for five days. It healed that time.

2. Also, for past two months, I have congestion in chest, and my head and ears are blocked with phlegm and cough. Please help.

Please take Causticum 200 twice a day for 5 days and see how that affects.
If it doesn't help take Antimonium Tart 200 in the same way.

Hi Dr Kadwa, how many drops to take at one time? And with water?

nishantgoswami10 on 2017-10-26

2 drops with some 15 ml water.

Hi Dr Kadwa,

I took the medicine for five days. And I feel better. The phlegm is less. Also, the fissure is not painful and doesn't bleed.
But the fissure hasn't healed fully, and cough is still there.

Please advise on further course.

You may continue with Causticum 200 for another 5 days.

Hi Dr Kadwa,

I took it for five more days.
Everything is fine, except the fissure hasn't healed properly and fully. When I feel at the place, it is still there. Though no bleeding and pain. Sometimes a little itching.

Please advise.

Please take a single dose of Nitric Acid 200 and see how that affects over a week.
