Weight loss - Perimenopause

Hi doctors! I would like some help.
I am 41. And I am facing extreme dificulty losing weight.

I eat healthy and do A LOT of exercise and since I realize I was 6kg heavier I start eating only thin proteins, vegetables and fruits and increase crazyly the amount of exercise.

But it did nothing! I still am 6kg heavier than I should.

What should I do?

Which medicines would help me?

Thnaks a lot.
I would appreciate any help.

Thanks for your help. I forgot to tell you that I have a small mioma in my uterus and I am going to remove it cause it is causing heavy bleeding during mestruation. My testosterone has decreased dramatically over last 5 years, causing flabbiness.

Do you still think these 3 medicines you recommended is good for me?

Thank you :)
