Can Somebody Please help me with my blood pressure

I sent an email previously and although Dr Shlok replied very quickly and requested information after i gave it to him he has not since replied.....can n e 1 else help me ...

basically i need help with my blood pressure its high, i have difficulty breathing, palpitations, and a sudden fruit allergy.....

i need help i wanna get off the alopathic medicines for blood pressure forever ( too many nasty side affects)

please let me know if you can hep me or recomend me somthing...i have no idea

Are you losing weight as well ?. but i am definately not losing weight infact i am over weight and recently got tests done at hospital which i think included thyroid and there was nothing wrong....

to be honest i would like to leave the fruit allergy and breathing problems aside cos really they arent concerning me that much infact my breathing has improved so much since i recently bought some homeopathic medicine specifically for allergies and my fruit allergy has gotton slightly better too.

now i just want to sort out my blood pressure.....

Range of BP? Medicines?
2 which fruits u r allergic 2?
Any stress when u came down with BP?
Family history?
describe breathing problem in general. Sensation. aggravations.
