knee injury

I have just confirmed that I have a torn meniscus, sprained ligament and a bruised bone. I took arnica initially and then changed to ruta. Is there anyone who has experienced an injury similar and found something else worked? Rustox seems like the other likely remedy. Thanks

Try Bellis per 10M -- one dose only.
