Postpartum frequent period while brestfeeding
Sex : FemaleAge : 29 years
Weight : 45 kg
Height : 5' 2"
Problems:
Breastfeeding since 29th Aug 2017 (11 weeks). The baby girl is fully depend on breast milk not on any supplements. She has frequent period/bleeding after the 6 week and the cycle is repeated after every 15 to 20 days and continue 5 to 7 days. Bleeding is slightly higher in the beginning and becomes light with day passes. She was very fair but her complexion and weights are getting down. Back pain, leg cramps, mood swing, loose skin and some time headache are very common. No interest in sex and feeling lethargic. Is it normal?

You can try homeopathic medicine Silica for her. Start with 30c.
Give one pill/drop from the medicine as a dose and give such doses two times per day for four days.
In between if significant relief or aggravation is noticed, stop with that dose and report.

Sorry for late reply but the medicine was ordered by online and delivered at my doorstep after 4 days that's why I was unable to update.
Updates are:
No major positive or negative changes are noticeable but:
Sleep: Somewhat sound than before
Bleeding: No recurring bleeding
Headache: no yet
Back pain: yes
Leg cramp: yes
Complexion: somewhat fairer than before
Weight: no noticeable change
Mood swing: no noticeable change
Skins: no noticeable change
Sex: very slight positive change

Ok let her take silicea 200c one drop/pill as a dose one time a week. Meaning one dose every week. Maximum of NINE doses.
In between if significant relief or aggravation is noticed, stop with that dose and report.

I have given her the medicine as per your instruction but not stopped after 4 days because I was waiting for your response. I was confused enough what to do next. Sorry for that being the case. Should I continue Silicea 30C for four days or Silicea 200C ones a week (max 9 dose)as per your next instruction.
If the medicine is in dilution form, Should I mix it with water?

What was the need to wait for my instruction? I do not intervene every now and then ---i use a good wait and watch approach.
I clearly stated 4x2 doses can be given at a stretch and even before if there is some aggravation stop the dose. But you have continued to give doses which is not a desirable thing to do.

Not necessary to mix it with water.
Drops can also be used directly.
Wait for three to four days without medicine and report changes.

As per your instructions, no medicines have been given for 4 days. Current conditions/complications are as under:
Bleeding/Period start date: 5/12/17 10:30 PM IST
Bleeding/Period End date: 12/12/17
Bleeding (In beginning): Slightly high
Bleeding (Afterward): Light and lighter than before
During this period:
Pain in abdomen.
feeling some sensation/giddiness in head.
Muscles and mind feels weary and lethargic.
Back pain.
After this period:
feeling somewhat better.
No pain in abdomen, head sensation/giddiness.
Back pain and other problems are same as before.

Ok leave another 4 days without medicine again and report changes.
While you report apart from the physical changes also include if any change on energy level, mood, sleep and her general health.

No medicines have been given for 4 days.
Bleeding: No
Sensation/giddiness in head: yes but not constantly
Back pain: yes
General Health: Better
Sleep: Normal but not able to sleep continuously 3 to 4 hour due to breast feeding 4 month old baby girl.
Mood Swing: Yes but much improvement than before
Energy Level: bellow normal, feeling lethargic
Complexion: better
Skins: somewhat better
Other problems: Memory loss, lack of concentration, diminished sexual desire
Seasonal Problems: suffering from cold (take much time to recover from cold and flu than normal)

Bleeding: No, but some watery and white discharge from vagina (In beginning, two days continuous, one or two days pause afterward). There is itching in vagina as well. She has history of Leucorrhea during pregnancy and before marriage.
Vaginal discharge start date: 25/12/2017
Urine: Frequent urination (mostly at night), discomfort, or burning when urinating. Symptom of Dysuria (may be).
Coitus: Though, there is desire and some fantasy as well but behave as an inactive partner. Non responsive and cool to foreplay. Very introvert.
Sensation/giddiness in head: No but pain in knee, thai, leg and back.
General Health: No noticeable change
Mood Swing: No noticeable change
Energy Level: No noticeable change
Complexion: No noticeable change
Skins: No noticeable change
Can I give her general health tonic like SBL Alfafa tonic with ginseng during your treatment?

What did the dr. say about coition? Generally upto three weeks and in some cases upto six weeks coition can be avoided. But i think here four months have elapsed right?
And the bleeding---is this continuing from the day of delivery or came in between?
Why do you want to give Alfalfa and ginseng now? is it for weakness?

Bleeding was started after the completion of 7 to 8 weeks. Everything was normal during this period.

Yes just for weakness and breastfeeding.
About Urination problem:
No known reason. I was thinking that it was due to lack of water but the problem was remain same after giving more water than normal intake because she used to take less water. It was noticed that problem aggravate after coition (it is just guess) that's why I ask you to avoid it. Some amelioration was noticed today.

Make sure she takes healthy diet esp. now her diet is a main contributor to the nutrients that goes to baby via mother's milk.
Also when she is not taking medicines like silica and the following two days she can take Alfalfa mother tincture 10 drops in some water two times a day for a couple of weeks. This will increase the quality of milk and her appetite.
