ADHD child

A boy age 6 year declared ADHD child, having following problems:
Not listening to parents or teacher
Not complying with orders
Not eating
Like to eat McDonalds
Like to play games on mobile
Good in study
Hiring head to the belly of the man standing at front
Talking by it self
Talking while sleeping
Does not like to cut hair
Body is dry, skin has cracks
Like to irretade others
Please advise any medicine

Please answer the following questions .. tell which one(s) suits the most to your child ..

Feels like needs freedom, wants to go somewhere always, dissatisfied mostly, etc ??

head cold, congested, Sun sensitivity ? Symptoms aggravate in sunlight .. or going out in Sun etc ..

Nose bleed , late tooth ? In history past ? If you remember this happened to him ?

Watery discharges ? Like runny nose or eyes etc cold sores ? Anywhere discharges will be runny ?

Headaches in child ?

Swollen hands or feet or foul smelling gasses abdomen ??

Choose only two or three symptoms which suits the most and number them as 1,2,3 .. gradually. 1 the most suitable than 2 less than 1 and 3 less than 2 ..
