Possible Enlarged Adenoids in 3 yr old?

My son, who rarely gets sick, got a cold in late October. After a few days, seemed to get over it. Quickly seemed to catch another cold shortly after. Lingered a bit longer, but eventually faded. He turned 3 in Nov. It’s now nearly christmas and it seems his nose has still been giving him issue. His nose doesn’t run but he sniffles a lot. I use the nose Frieda but there’s nothing to suck out. He gets boogers a lot though. This is especially bad at night. It sounds like he’s wheezing through his nose. I have asthma and thought maybe he was developing asthma but I’ve been listening and the wheezing sound doesn’t seem to be in the chest at all, only the nose. He seems to be a bit labored trying to breathe through his nose. He still nurses to sleep at night and has difficulty nursing because he can’t breathe through his nose. I’m thinking his adenoids are swollen. He has food allergies/sensitivities so we are gluten free dairy free egg free soy free peanut free. He’s never had an issue like this before since other than his food allergies he’s very healthy. No vaccines. Yesterday he had a chiropractic adjustment and Chiro adjusted on his face to address my suspicion of swollen adenoids. That night he had a fever with no other symptoms and was fine the next morning. Though his eyes and nose looked almost like they might’ve been developing a little bruise. Kinda a bit allergy looking. He seems lately to maybe have some sensory issues. He hates being covered at night. He’s active during the day. He’s been more quick to hit and argue back lately. Melt down a lot. Crazy good memory to the point we have to be really careful what we promise him cuz he remembers everything. Will memorize books we read him after only a couple readings. He’s never been a good sleeper. He wakes at least once a night wanting tonnurse back to sleep. He didn’t gain any weight from age 2 to 3, until we cut gluten out in Nov and then he gained 2 pounds finally. He has odd bowel episodes where he’ll have regular consistency Poop but in small amounts in every diaper all day. Still not potty trained and shows no interest to be. Very strong willed and opinionated. Likes things in the same routine and order. Seems to have anxiety. Jumps and startles easily. Gets scared with the vacuum and food processor but is perfectly okay if we tell him first that we’re turning them on.
Today seemed the worst it’s been. He sounded so wheezy and labored through his nose all day. Please help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
He has also always been very emotionally/spiritually sensitive. Talks in his sleep. Night terrors. The night terrors seem to be decreasing since cutting out gluten and doing marshmallow root powder and detox food pads. Very attached to Mom, but also very independent and likes to be a big boy who does things himself. Just depends on the situation. He wants to get in his high chair himself but then he’ll insist Mom help him get his clothes. That kind of thing.

I tried Cina 30, but this seemed to make him more anxious and clingy and weepy and meltdowns. I tried Hepar Sulph 30 and some others over the course of the following for the cold symptoms and lingering nose issue. Cold went away but nose issue remained despite different remedies being tried. I think I tried Pulsatilla, and Phytolacca. I think I might’ve tried Sulphur too I don’t remember.
