plz Help my friend plz After few months He will marry plz .Allah give You Regard.His Age is 20
I am 20 years old guy. I am feeling serious sexual problems because of excessive masturbation. I masturbated too much like 4-5 times a day from the age of 14 years and now I am facing terrible sexual problems. My top symptoms are following so that I may be guided properly:-

1) Erectile dysfunction. This is most terrible and main problem. I cannot achieve erections. Erections are very weak.

2) Pain in penis when penis is erect. This is worst problem I have ever faced. My erections are weak but when I try to achieve full erections, I feel pain in my penis. I think that there is some damage to penis muscles. It happens when I try to achieve full erection which I cannot maintain. This pain in erect penis is really frustrating.

3)Itching and pain in testicles. I feel itching like stretching of nerves in testicles only sometimes.

4) Very slight groin pain. This was the first and most important sign that I should stop masturbation but I didn't. This pain grew worst about 4 months ago and I visited doctor about 4 months ago and had voren (pain killer) injections for it. This pain is in control though. However, I do feel that there is lack of blood flow in my groin area to my genitals. I can feel lack of blood flow, maybe this is one of the causes of erectile dysfunction.

5) Loss of memory and poor brain performance. I am experiencing loss of memory.

6) Complete loss of sexual desire.

7) Low testosterone level and low sperm count. I am facing very low sperm count and probably low testosterone levels because I have very low sexual desire.

Cool Pain under penis head. I am feeling pain under penis head as if someone poked needle.

9) My erections are not hard.

I am really frustrated and pain in erect penis is really frustrating me. I try to convince myself by saying that I am in a young age and will be recovered without treatment. I have stopped masturbation now. I am afraid to go to doctor and take medicine for this sensitive issues. I am pretty sure that these problems are because of over masturbation.
