10 weeks old with GERD

I have read a lot about Hyland's Nat Phos 6x, however I am worried about the right dose of it for my daughter. She is 10 weeks old and 5.8kg. I really don't want to start her on prescription medicine. Any advise?

give 2tablets of natrum phos 6x if tablet is 1grain sized
or
give 1 tablet of nat phos 6x if tablet is 3grain sized

give the above dose dissolved in lukewarm water and give twice to thrice daily according to severity of the problem
