Cramps & tightening in the little finger and ring finger of the left hand

I had high blood pressure body shivering exactly one year back. It got worsened after 3 months. I could not even walk. I was on ayurvedic treatment for nearly 3 months. But it could not help. Finally I had to see a neurologist. He diagnosed it as EPS (Extra Pyramidal Symptom)By this time I had lost my sleep also for 3 months. He prescribed me with Chlonotril 0.5mg half/morning & 1 tabs. in the night & Quitipin 25mg 2 tabs in the night. Within 15 days I was steady & able to walk. Since then I am in the same medication for nearly 8 months now. I am getting sleep after taking that medicine. But off late, that's since more than last one month my left hand little finger & ring finger both are getting cramps & tightening. If I press the elbow I get tingling shocks in the fingers. It has become chronic problem. Again I am trying Ayurveda medicine. But it has not given me any result till now. So I request you to suggest me some solution for this and also for my EPS problem which causes insomnia.
