I need help with chronic pancreatitis.

Patient name: Saif , age 40, from Pakistan ? profession Business ,
how long patient got married: since 2005 , if married how many children: 2 ,
patient daily routine: work to home. Not much walking or exercising?

Height 6 feet. Weight 60 kg.

Any sleep disorders or foul breath now. Bad breath is there sometime because of my stomach disorder I guess. Sleep is 6 to 7 hours max.

Any thick yellow discharges , boils , open infections .. now ?. No. But I do have post actual discharge.

how long patient suffering from this problem ? Digestion issue is there for about 4 to 5 years.

Any fever or coughing now ? . No fever. But i do have an ulcer in my vocal cord as per laryngoscopy.

what kind of pain (symptoms, sensations) patient have ?

I feel mild to moderate pain in the left side of my upper abdomen. I do feel pain at the back also exactly opposite of the pain in front. It started initially with boring mild pain in the right side of upper abdomen. But than it has moved from right to my left side.

Digestion issues: Many time food particles were seen in stool. Stool is not formed and is always soft. Some of it floats on water. I have also seen white/transparent mucus covered stool on many occasions.
I have Hiatus Hernia revealed by upper endoscopy. So I must take omeprazole for life. I have been taking it since 2004 but I take it on and off now.

Prostate Inflammation history: I have been told that I have no bacterial chronic prostatitis which causes pain the perineum area and inside rectum. Urge of frequent urination is there when prostate pain is there. Although this pain completely goes away once I take sabal 30 and ferr pic 200 for a week. Although I haven’t taken these meds for around 1.5 years. Urge to urinate issue has come back now.

Throat: I was diagnosed with an ulcer on the vocal cord 13 years ago. But never went for Biopsy. Ulcer was gone after 3 to 4 years as I had quit smoking. After 7 years of quitting, I started smoking again. Now this ulcer is seen again. Back of throat mucus is transparent and cloudy.

Main issue is pancreas as after digestion issues started, I went for a few tests.
Fecal elastase test showed I have enzyme insufficiency. Normal value is over 200 while mine was 50.

MRI was normal. CT was normal.
But endoscopic ultrasound shows inflammation (echogenic)
Note: I don’t drink alcohol.

Any cold or congestion feeling in head, watery discharges, Sun sensitivity or cold sores now ?? When symptoms / suffering / pains etc aggravates and when ameliorates ?

Recently had head congestion because of sinusitis. I usually have it during change of weather and stays for a month or 2. I just took kali bi 200 for 3 days eventually. Smoking would aggravate it again. So I haven’t smoked now for past 4 days only.

do you have swollen hands or feet , foul smelling gasses ? NO.
Any light sensitivity ? NO.
Sweaty hands or feet ?NO

Do you feel pronounced weakness in body ?? Oh YES. Feel like sitting down after short walks also. Feel Dizzy may be because of sinusitis issue.

Thick yellow discharges, changing symptoms now ? Recently had it for 2 months atleast. Had thigh yellow to yellowish green discharge for 2 months. Than took Kali Bi 200.

What you like in food and what not ?
I love to eat fried foods and cold drinks along with it. Also I prefer meat over vegetables. But because of my digestive issue I have been forced not to eat red meat but I take chicken instead.

Do you feel thirsty mostly ?? Not during day but during night I do.I keep a glass of water on my bed side.

yes I like water.

Any cramping, shooting pains, hiccough, spasms now ? Acneblackheads, greasy or brittle hairs ? I have brittle, thin hair.
Do you feel cold in body ? or hot ? Choose one condition ..

cold in general but hyperacidity causes heat in abdomen so can’t wear tight clothing.

Do you like to be warped in a blanket even in summer ?.

Not blanket but i tend to cover myself with a thin sheet but no my face. Although i have air conditioner or fan . Without them i would not cover myself.
Or feel hot in body mostly and dislike hot weather etc .. no normal words etc .. I feel hot inside the body. Like eyes, ears, stomach many times.

what you like in food The most = sweets or salts ? I like sweets.

Do you have any other problem beside these ? Describe in details.
I have mentioned them above. Please ask me for other details if required.
I have no diabetes. Blood pressure is border line sometimes. 140 by 92 max but sometimes only.

An ENT combination med.
And a few more. I will post them if required. Initially I felt better and stool formation also improved but than pain was less but stool formation/ digestion was back to how it was.

New homeopath is DHMS who uses repritory software. He talked to me for 10 minutes max. And suggested Iodium 30. He feels it will cover my pancreas and throat ulcer issue also.

I have been given Puls 200 SOS. I must take it when I feel pain in abdomen and at the back.

I do see that digestion is better for now. I have taken this med for a week only and discontinued other homeopathic medicines.
My previous homeopathy feels Iodium is not for me. But he said I could try it along with his meds.

I got confused because Iodium has antidotes in ars or thuja I read. So I am here for help. I do not go to the previous homeopathy anymore. New homeopathy is DHMS but more in to cupping theapy and he didn't take my history at all. It's hard to find good homeopathic doctors in Pakistan.
