my 4 year old son have fever
my son have some fever its been two days dont know why he has no complain no sore throat no flue no cold but still have fever .one problem he has some cough and mucus this he has before the fever .please help

Please give Ipeca 30 and Belladonna 30 alternately every 2 to 4 hours based on need.
Once fever is under control you can follow up for constitutional treatment on the first response.
