Dr Kadwa Please help: Right Shoulder Impingement (Rotator Cuff Syndrome)

This is 28 years old male. I have pain in my right shoulder and its movement is restricted up-to angle of 60 degree since 5 weeks.
It is exactly in on the edge of shoulder.

Allopathic doctors diagnosed shoulder impingement (rotators cuff syndrome. I am currently using no medicine. Also did physiotherapy for 1 week but no success. Just doing little exercise but can't getting better.

please help

i have used herb Salab misri powder for 06 days every morning with water. Can this herb create side effect for such shoulder disease?
