i want to update you that my Periods has started Today BUT i have NOT yet taken Graphite 200. However my Periods are late by 23 days.
New Symptoms from last Month:
-From last month i am having Freckles (i.e.small yellowish or brownish spot) on the skin of face cheeks and i am very much worried about it.
-Dark Circles around eyes even my diet and sleep is enough.
However i have bought Graphites 200 so should i take it now or any other remedy advice for my following Symptoms:
-To have Regular Menses/periods with good flow;
-To Cure PCOD and
-To remove Unwanted Thick Hairs on my Body and especially on my face
-Freckles (i.e.small yellowish or brownish spot in the skin of face cheeks.
Please advice.

I am very worried that my Periods are due and has NOT Started nd its late approximately by 20 days.Every month my periods are late.
Following Test/ultrasound has done in this week;
1-Pregnancy Test is Negative.
2-Prolactin Hormone is test is Normal/Balance.
3-Ultrasound of Pelvis Scan with Vaginal Probe Report result shows" PCOD and Bulky Ovaries with blood clot and an infection". For infection Gynecologist has advised antibiotic.
Kindly prescribe for my following problems:
-To have Regular Menses/periods with good flow;
-To Cure PCOD
-Difficulty in reducing Body Weight Loss.
-Dark Circles Under eyes.

My 2nd last period ends on 03-Feb-2019 which lasts for 08 Days and after that I started Folliculinum 30 and have taken it for 15 days.
Latest UPDATE and TEST/Ultrasound:
1-My latest periods was started ON TIME on 26-Feb-2019 and has ends on 05-Mar-2019 which lasts for 08 Days.There were some Blood CLOTS.
2-I have also done Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) test and as per report i have HIGH AMH 22 ng/ml due to PCOD.
3-As per latest "Pelvic Ultrasound" I have BULKY Ovaries and Multiple small sized follicles. Further as per Gynecologist i have also produced one EGG of small size (i.e. approx half the size of normal egg) and there are cyst of various sizes.
Dr has prescribed me CLOMID/Prolifen 50mg tablet (clomiphene citrate) and IVFC 5000iu injections for inducing Ovulation.And she says if there is no success then asked for TEST TUBE process.
Please prescribe me remedies i want to conceive and following are my main symptoms:
-To have Regular Menses/periods with good flow;
-To Curing PCOD and rupturing Cysts
-Difficulty in reducing Body Weight Loss.
-Unwanted hairs on face Jawline & Chin, Breast,Abdomen, Hips, Thighs and Strawberry legs.

Pulsatilla 30 thrice a day. 3 drops on tongue.
Cimicifuga Racemosa 30 once in the morning. Three to four drop on tongue.
Don't Eat or drink anything half an hour before or after taking the remedy.
Have it for a week.

Thanks for welcoming a member out here. It should be often and looks good for someone being a Moderator.
Simon(Moderator) I have seen the world enough and also old & experienced enough to interpret the 'way' of asking a question. I have seen prescriber's here giving medicines like food. Repertorise few symptoms and start giving medicines from top to bottom till the list is exhausted & if it doesn't work use new repertory and continue. And in doing so they are conferred the prestigious title of 'Doctor' here and no one objects, not even the prescriber. Many of whom are just enthusiast and many who come here just to experiment their half baked knowledge. And I haven't seen the other Simon/Member/Moderator jumping into that mess. At last the punching bag/guinea pig is the patient here.Sometimes it seems a friend club is going on. Its better to join whatsapp then.
My first question out here was to have the sense how people go through cases but it didn't fructify and the post came to a standstill. And I came here due to persuasion of a patient here sidelining my time constraints. And looking at the mess here its better to leave and let the club prosper and let the ethics of Homoeopathy take a downhill which I hate the most.
I would also urge the patients here not to take the medicines I prescribed. Because I will not be able to have a followup.
Hope you understand the ethics of being a moderator of this prestigious site concerning a noble cause of healing people. Don't let it become a joke.

Nevertheless, people do make that assumption.
My country (UK) is going through a period of upheaval because a huge number of people consistently ignore facts that they don't want to be true. It is human nature.
For our part all we can do is say it.

Please take Mag Phos 6x four tablets (bio chemic) in the morning and four pills of Gelsemium 30 in the evening. Please continue for two weeks and write. Your foundation has to be cleaned first, then uterus.
Your general well being must improve. Enjoy your life. Have some daily prayers. He is the one who can help your recovery. This medicine should facilitate your transition. You can write as often as needed.
