height trouble
My name is Zohaib. My age is 22yrs. I'm male. My height is 161cm. My weight is 51kg.When I was born my mother died of excessive blood loss or that's what I've heard. I was never fed breastmilk. I was fed canned milk.
I'm very conscious about my height. So please tell me what to do?which exercise?which medication?which diet? I'vs no idea cause there are too many to choose from.
I have read other posts regarding height but I am not sure what to choose? and please eleborate more about medication like What to take? How much to take? How to take?
