1.5yrs baby flu and cough

My son who is 1.5 yrs old had watery eyes and runny nose.. Allergy like symptoms symptoms..five days ago.. I gave him natrum carb 30 for one day and then natrum muriaticum 30 the next day.. 3doses per day.. Now he has cough.. Chest full of mucus.. Light yellow to white nasal discharge.. Although he coughs on and off all day but cough is more when I put him to bed..especially after eating/feeding..he cud not sleep.. He is on breast milk.. He is social, clingy baby.

Kali.Mur 3x .. 2 pills three times a day. You can crush pills on a separate spoon, add some water and give it to the child.

Don't eat or drink anything 30 minutes before and after taking medicine etc don't place medicine near strong perfumes etc don't use any other medicine etc.

Thank you .. I gave him kali mur 30 one drop iin 5ml thrice... As I didn't have 3x with me.. He is better.. Should I continue the
treatment tomorrow?

He is still coughing with runny nose especially in the morning..with light yellow slightly thick mucus..

Hello eako/healer 21.. My son is still coughing.. Crisp cough.. Runny nose with thick light yellow mucus.. Tongue slightly coated.. It's difficult to make him eat..pollen count is very high where I live..
