It has a very strong aversion to eggs- vomiting from the smell of eggs.
This is what you call a strange, rare, peculiar symptom.

One does not have to have this symptom to prescribe, but if other
Matches show up along with this it should be a strong contender.

To understand more, you may like to google:
“A case of ferrum metallicum” on homeopathy.org site. You can see symptoms by googling materia medica of ..... beyond that one can look at the proving done on a remedy. The provings can show how many people were doing the proving, how many people experienced xyz.
For instance the remedy silicea, has fear of sharp pointed objects,
Needles, and only one person in the proving had that symptom, but
That symptom got into materia medica and it is not really valid.

Thank you. Ive read many writeups on ferrum. I have an aggravation from eggs which has a few remedies. Ferrum is one I never tried. I rarely have an aversion to the smell, never to the taste...more likely to desire eggs. I wasnt sure if not having an aversion most of the time precluded it. I’ll give it a shot.

Thanks!
