Low sperm count and Motality also have ED and PE problem
Dear doctor,Please suggest me medicine for following semen analysis Report.
Total semen quantity is 2.5ml
Liquification time is 40 mints.
Total sperm count 30million/ml.
Excellent motality is nill
Good motality is 30%
Sluggish are 40 %
Dead are 30%
Puss cells are 12-15.
I also have premature ejauculation and ED problem since i moved to dubai for two years.I also have less interest in sex.i used to masturbate before but after merriage i left. 1 and half year have been passed for my merriage but have no child.
I feel tirednesss in my body and legs.my mind is also weak now.i dont feel fresh even in morning.
Please suggest good medicine with dose.
Age is 29 years.
