The ABC Homeopathy Forum

Hypothyroidism - Help needed.

Hi to anyone that can help.

Firstly I will say I am fully aware it is best to seek out my own homeopath as it is a chronic condition. I get that but I do not have the funds.

I was diagnosed with hypo after the birth of my first child. This is common to happen in my family. I am currently on 100micrograms of levothyroxine. It is not much help and I would prefer more natural methods.

I feel awful, all day everyday. I am constantly tired from the moment I wake up, I could sleep all day and it would be of no help. I have no more 'pep' or zest for life. I have become rather depressed and angry.

The worst symptom is the weight, shallow I know but it affects all areas of my life. I have always been body confident and out going person and now I am very self conscious. I don't like being seen by people/having photos taken of me. Its causing me great anxiety. I want to be comfortable in my own skin again.

I have made dietary changes, my diet is good lots of veg and I make sure I am getting all the correct food to support my thyroid like selenium, B1, gluten free etc. I do exercise. I go on a long walk with my boy everyday/ most days. I am not gaining weight but nothing I am doing is losing it either. I am very clued up on nutrition and exercise and health. I should be losing, no change I make is doing it.

The only time I have lost anything is when very poorly for a week with a S&D bug, i lost 3 lbs. That's it.

If anyone has any suggestions on what I can do to help, I would appreciate it.

Thank you or taking the time to read this.

Cold hurts my joints more. Tv can make me more emotional than it used too.

Please take Thyreoidinum 200c and Calcarea carbonica 200c, twice a month.

And Lycopodium 30c as needed (when you feel bloated).

When to stop taking the remedies;

Please stop taking the remedies when you are about 80% improved or/and
when you started to have new symptoms that you have never had before.

Hi,

Thank you so much for this.

Can I take them the same day or is it best to do one every other Saturday and one every other Sunday for example?
