Low Bone Density

Do we have any medicine for Low bone density. My bone density is -1.9.
Doctor recommended Idrofos 150 mg once in a month. I am taking it for past 2 months but it has lots of side effects.
Please suggest some homeopathic medicine.

Regards,
Deepika
