For Dr. Kadwa

Dear Dr. Kadwa,

My mother, 53, is an acute sufferer on spondylitis in both arms, plus neck and shoulders. Exercise brings temporary relief, but the pain always comes back. Lately it is hampering her hand movements which is making it difficult for her to work or travel. I don't know if it is related but there is also a sudden increase of hyperpigmentation marks on her face, she wanted me to mention that.

Could you please suggest a remedy?
