Anal fissure..plzzz help

I had a fissure after c-section 8 months ago..was treating it as hemorroids for 2 months then went to see c CRS who gave nifidepine and said i need surgery.
Taking miralax daily there is no pain because stool is soft and i'm watching my diet but if i eat somethiing else the stool wont come out without straining so i only eat veg daal or chicken.
So as of now i have extreme itching and a poking feeling almost like if there is some hair poking me its very uncomfortable and itchy and poky..
I'm mentaly exhaused and falling into depression its the only thing on my mind constantly.
Please help me.
Also i have tons of skin tags coming out of rectum i believe i had piles before the c-section it would hurt once in a while and then go away this time its just terrible whatever it is
