Eruptions around mouth

My sister has 3-4 eruptions around the mouth; above & below chin. They are painless & there is no itching. She does not remember when they appeared. She is a hot personality & prefers cold air, salty food more than sweet. I have attached an image for analysis.

Thanks. I will go with Natrum Mur since she likes salty food more, has oily skin sometimes & her hair fall benefited too with Natrum Mur previously. She also feels depressed lately due to her daily chores which are sometimes overwhelming for her.
