Bipolar mania with excessive masterbrate

I have bipolar mania,with excessive sextual desire,presently I have take aurum met,also I have very high master brate,
I just want to know may I take salix nigra mother *3 times a day ,with every 7 days with buforana 1m only 1 dose along with aurum met *30 * 3 times a day
