Albumiuria

I am a diabetic & b/p patient since last 15 years . I am taking medicine for these ailments as per doctor regularly. My B/P-90/180 and fasting B/S-115 & PP-215.
Recent urine report shows MicroAlbumin-9.7MG/DL. eGFR-114. Urine is clear & little bit foamy.
Please suggest what I should do.

Please take Sarasaparilla 30, one dose in the morning, three days in a week (Sunday, Wed and Friday). Please report after you start taking the medicine.

One dose is either 4 pellets or 2 drops in 15 ml of water.
