Fluid formation and swelling around knee area

I have psoriasis which affected my skin, nails. I am on otezla 30 mg (2 times a day) which has cleared my skin about 98% and doing good. The nail pitting is still continues and has not improved a lot. I take Vitamin D to help to improve this condition.

I get swelling around kneed area with fluid formation whenever I eat anything with gluten. I kept away from Gluten and this problem went away did not have thsi issue for almost 2 years. Since 2 weeks the problem came back and not sure what triggered. Some people said caffeine can create this issue. I kept away from Caffeine for few days now but things did not improve. The celiac panel test came out negative but if I eat anything with Gluten I get the swelling of joints and pain. ( Several of my fingers and toe are affected by this).'

As of now I am keeping away from Gluten products. I have completely stopped Alcohol and don't smoke.

I am looking for some remedy to address my Nail pitting and swelling and fluid formation issues. Any advice on diet is most welcome.

I do exercise regularly and don;t have any issue with appetite and recent blood work indicated everything is normal expect the SED rate is 35 H ( range 0-15) which indicates inflammation.
