How to stop hair fall

Dear Sir/Madam,

My wife is suffering from hair fall issue.
It starts happening after post pregnancy.
And now my baby is more than two years but still this issue exist. Whenever she do comb then almost more than 50 hair is present in the comb. And when she clean the room then more than 100 hair found while cleaning. Means if she do comb or not but hair falls. She tried all the shampoos, eggs, curd but nothing worked.
Last time she tried one homeopath medicine Arnica plus tonic with tablet. But whenever she applied this tonic in hair. Then headache starts for her.

Her current age is 27. Please Suggest exact medicine which suits her and hair fall could go away.

Any other symptom you would like to elucidate,wrt her emotions,periods,digestion etc?

She got irritated early. Digestion is fine but she have constipation issue. Most of the morning her stomach not getting cleared. She use toilet two to three times in a day. There is no issue with period. It is on time.
