Warts near eyeside

My little brother is 11years old .
For past a year he has a warts like bumps near the right eye (at the upper corner between eye and nose ) . At the very first it was small but as time passed it gets enlarged .
Please suggest someone

For how many days the medicine should be taken
Means 3 times for only day or 3 times everyday for 7 days.

The man asked about which type ,
I.e. German or Indian
