Sir i am ok from outside but from inside it's like i am in battle with myself i am having no motivation can't remember anything what i studied. Vision is blurry right eye muscles are flickering all day long or it feels like they do. Anxiety lump feeling in throat. And mind seems to be not working well early mornings are very difficult. No emotions and thoughts strange pain all over the head. Life seems to be ending.

The main thing i am worrying about is to score good in exams but with this mind set i can't perform well feels like crying all the time.

I have studied alot but then also this sadness and anxiety is going to ruin everything and all that effort i have done is there anyway to get over this and also i am having gelsemium sempervirens and argentum nitricum

Sir i am taking the prescribed medication and i do feel better morning are fresh but after doing some work or study all the symtosym starts to come back in evening and led to fog felling. Not able to sleep properly can be the resorn for this

Sir it's been a long time and still i don't see any improvement in my symptoms i still have anxiety and depression i i ha now started to have tryptomer 10 mg at night can you suggest any other medicine too pls i need help

Sir i am not able to feel my emotions anymore everything seems dull even though i cleared my exams very well then also the anxiety is not going. I don't know what to do. I feel completely broken and about to vanish.

My body seems to be shaking from inside and a very bad sore throat for almost 2-3 months. I had my full body check up and everything came out normal too. I need something to boboo my mood.
