1.What is the medicine for obsessive compulsive disorder. How to use. My age is 26. Facing the issue since 3 years2.mobile radiation's or Wifi etc. Can dam homepathome medicines or not?

Ocd symptoms are here.
1.the thoughts that I dont want is coming again and again. Mostly these thoughts are religious negative thougts. These are unwanted thoughts that make my file hell.
I feel very ashamed and want to die when these thoughts came.
Situation is this, I feel this that I think these type of negative thoughts by wish.
But in reality, I dont want to think these type of negative thoughts by wish.
I dont know whats happening. My memory is totally disturbed for 8 years.
I cant remember name/books content/address name and people name and other things properly, whereas other people and my brothers are normal in memory.
Please help me about the ocd and the solution of mental memory that is disturbed totally.

Nux Vom 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. don't repeat.
Day 2 morning empty stomach Sulphur 200, five drops,in an ounce of water,REPEAT AFTER EVERY 2 DAYS.
Silicea 12x, five tabs three times a day from day 2 every day.
FEED BACK after 7 days.
