I haven't started graphite 200 yet. My periods has started on time. But on starting day I feel cramps. And pain in upper thighs and lower abdomen.

I even moan because of pain. If I take sepia it helps.

Flow is better next day. Should I still take Pulsatila 1 M? Cuz it's a high potency shouldn't be taken more than once.

Also I'm curious to know why I get delay in menses. What could be the reason?

One year back I took pulsatila 200 and gossypium Q together once during menses, and my periods were regular for whole year till I took allopathic medicine to stop menses.
