Hi Anuj, Hope you had a pleasant weekend.
4th day feedback: Current protocol - Sil 30C 3x/day.
Mild toothache occurs on wakeup and occasionally during the day. Few drops of pus drain daily from shrunken abscess (soft tissue).
At this stage no detectable change noticed in symptoms, however there may well be minor and hence unnoticed changes. Notwithstanding that from an overview perspective the abscess lump under the jaw which was originally 2cm in diameter had disappeared. With your kind advice, the protruding soft tissue is also now gone and what remains in its place is a hole in the skin that has been gradually shrinking and withdrawing back to the jawbone over time. Currently it is only approx. 6mm in diameter.
Await your further guidance, thank you. Have a joyful week. Regards.

Hi Anuj, Hope you are keeping well.
4th day update : Current protocol : Sil 30C 3x/day & Calc Fluor 12X 3x/day.
Not observing any further change in symptoms. A few drops of pus draining daily from shrunken abscess hole. Amount of pus draining may have reduced very slightly but not sure as it is not really measurable. Also have the regular mild toothache on wakeup & at times during the day.
Await your guidance, thank you. Have a good day. Regards.

PLEASE GIVE ME THE EXACT LOCATION FROM WHICH THE PUS IS DRAINING?

THE PLACE WHERE YOU FEEL THE PAIN?

ANY RELIEF FROM HOT OR COLD?

SPECIFIC TIMINGS OF THE SYMPTOMS.

ANY OTHER MODALITIES YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADD.

anuj srivastava 5 years ago
Hi Anuj. Noted thanks, details requested are below.
EXACT LOCATION FROM WHICH THE PUS IS DRAINING: The dental abscess swelling was underneath the jaw on left mandible directly under 2nd molar bottom left. Pus drains from the abscess hole in the skin under the jawbone at this 2nd molar LL location. (Tried to attach a picture but detail requires higher resolution and cannot get adequate resolution down to 64K file size so forum won't permit it.) Some pus still comes out of this hole daily.
PLACE WHERE YOU FEEL THE PAIN: Occasional mild toothache felt within the 2nd molar LL tooth itself. When applying finger pressure to the abscess hole it does generates a slight pain within it, but normally there is no pain felt there.
ANY RELIEF FROM HOT OR COLD: No symptom changes noticed with hot/cold temperatures. Certainly does not make it worse.
SPECIFIC TIMINGS OF THE SYMPTOMS: Mild toothache felt daily on waking up at around 0330 ~ 0400 am. Same mild toothache also felt at random times, but not frequently nor at fixed times, through the day. At other times there is no pain in this tooth.
OTHER MODALITIES: Top of this molar tooth had partially broken over a year ago and was fitted with an inlay with no problems. According to Dentist there are no clinical issues in the mouth.
Current status :-
No discoloration (darkening) of the tooth nor any swelling and tenderness in gums.
No bad taste in the mouth and no bad breath.
No severe, persistent or throbbing toothache.
No sensitivity to hot and cold temperatures.
No sensitivity to the pressure of chewing or biting.
No fever, no chills.
No swelling in face or cheek.
No tender, swollen lymph nodes under the jaw or in the neck.
After bursting, abscess swelling had disappeared leaving a large protruding mass of soft tissue. With your kind treatment this soft tissue has now also completely disappeared leaving a withdrawn hole in the skin under the jawbone which has been gradually shrinking over time. To me it seems to be healing but very slowly. Why the pus continues to drain is a dilemma?

Many thanks. Have a great weekend. Regards

Hi Anuj, Hope you’re having a pleasant week and are keeping well.
4th day feedback. Protocol Sil 200C 1x/day & Mag Phos 6X 3x/day.
Interesting that on wake up the mild toothache on 2nd molar LL initially got worse on this protocol but now, a few days later, it has returned to the mild level it was before. Meanwhile, the occasional mild toothache is almost not noticeable during the day as it is now quite mild. Pus continues to drain daily from the abscess hole.
Await your further guidance, thank you. Have a joyful weekend. Regards.

Hi Anuj, Hope you had a great week.
4th day report back. Protocol : continued with Sil 200C 1x/day & Mag Phos 6X 3x/day.
New observation in that the abscess hole below the jaw, (which previously had no pain except when pressure was directly applied), now has a slight continuous pain felt through the day. This pain is mild and not a problem but it is noticeable. On wake up have mild toothache on 2nd molar LL and some pus drains daily from abscess as before. The occasional mild toothache is barely noticeable during the day.
ADDITIONAL MODALITIES
Raynaud’s disease : Had this for several decades and recurs every year. Manifests itself during winters by discolouration of the toes and fingers (& ear tips sometimes), due to poor blood circulation. These become painful as they turn bluish purple or red and swell up with chilblains. This seems to have started up again now. As we’ve just had some hot/cold variations in weather I’ve already developed painful chilblains and am currently treating them topically with Akileine Winter Cream. Wish to add a Homeopathic remedy for this shortly.
Neck ache : started a few days ago. When turning or bending head to the left am now experiencing a slight ache. No ache while head is straight or bent to the right. May well be just due to a poor sleep posture and will probably go away in a few days.

Look forward to your kind advice, thank you. Enjoy your weekend.
Regards

Hi Anuj, Hope you had a good week.
4th day report back. Protocol : continued with Sil 200C 1x/day & Mag Phos 6X 3x/day.
Abscess hole below the jaw, (which previously had no pain except when pressure was directly applied), now has a slight continuous pain felt through the day. Mild toothache on wake up persists on 2nd molar LL and some pus drains daily from abscess. The occasional mild toothache during the day is now barely noticeable.
ADDITIONAL MODALITY
Raynaud’s disease : Had this for several decades, recurs every year from start of winter – around now. Will start a homeopathic remedy for this shortly.
Await your further guidance, thank you.

Raynaud’s disease,WHICH LOCATION?

AFTER TAKING SIL,SHOULD NOT FLARE UP.

SAME PROTOCOL BE CONTINUED.

anuj srivastava 5 years ago
Hi Anuj, comments noted.
“AFTER TAKING SIL,SHOULD NOT FLARE UP” so not sure why the sudden change to noticeable abscess pain. Will monitor and await further developments.
Raynaud’s disease: As colder weather has descended on us I’ve already developed painful chilblains on several of my toes and am currently managing them topically with Akileine Winter Cream.
Also impacts fingers (& ear tips sometimes) when weather gets colder. Affected areas become painful and turn bluish purple or red. Then later these swell up with chilblains and tend to itch a lot. I normally have cold hands and feet even in warm weather.
Will continue with current protocol, many thanks. Have a joyful weekend. Regards.

AGARICUS 30, THREE TIMES A DAY AND A FEEDBACK AFTER 4 DAYS.

anuj srivastava 5 years ago
Hi Anuj,
Noted will do thanks, regards.

mork 5 years ago
Hi Anuj, Hope you are well.
4th day update : Current protocol : Sil 200C 1x/day, Mag Phos 6X 3x/day & Agaricus Mus 30C 3x/day.
Abscess : Some pus still drains daily from abscess and it has a slight continuous pain/tenderness felt through the day. Mild toothache on wake up on 2nd molar LL but not noticeable during the day.
Raynaud’s : the earlier chilblains are recovering – almost cleared. Meanwhile a few new ones on different toes have come up triggered by weather changes. Interesting though that they seem to be recovering faster, thanks to you, than before taking Agaricus.
Many thanks. Have a good week. Regards.

Mr. Anuj, the recent aggravation in pain points to the correctness of prescription i.e. silicea. Needs to go higher with the potency though. And less frequent the dose. A fortnight or month. A miasma is also hindering the smooth recovery.... Hint: Merc Sol. And syphil(CM) single dose could bring the case to a happy ending.
Too much frequent doses and lower potency of silicea only lenthening the condition.
