Left eye trauma

Dear sir..
I m 23 year old male
Their is trauma in my left eye
On 8 may
I visited Sankara netralaya Chennai for treatment but they said that this is the case of retinal haemorrhage on macula the central part of retina and their is no treatment for that
So please suggest me what should I do.
