Skin discoloration

Hello sir...I m currently facing skin issues.Initially i had a very smooth n fair skin with not even a single mark but suddenly i have noticed that my skin has becomed darkened n tanned.Sir i have tried a lot of cream n packs but nothing worked.My overall skin now has olso become dry.I just want my initial smooth n fair skin back.I dont have any tumorous history.Plz help.

Allergic-Not allergic to anything
Food-Comsume mostly homemade foods.

Hello sir.Patah nae mere skin nine to ten mnth se day by day bahut samvli ho gayi hai.Main pehle bahut he fair thi.
Mere face kan skin oily hai n thore dark spots bhe hai n body ka skin dark,dull n dry n tann hai.Mere back ka skin bhe bahut dark ho gaya hai.Mujhe periods ke koi prblm nae hai.No nail issues.Mujhe sir thora constipation prblm hai.Mere pet kbhi bhe thik se saaf nae hoti hai.Main abhi koi medication mae nae hu.Main apni lifestyle k wajah se kbhi kbhi bht depressed ho jati hoon.Mere belly n hips mae bht fat ho gya hai.Mere wght six mnth pehle 50kgs thi but ab weight 55 kg ho gya hai.Mere iss skin n weight issue k karan apne social circle mae low feel hota hai and khud pe confidence bhe nae aata.Plz mere help kre jisse mere skin fair n weight loose ho jae.Thnk u

15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER.

DAY 2 ONWARDS CHINA 30, 5 DROPS IN AN OUNCE OF WATER THREE TIMES A DAY.IN ADDITION NAT MUR 6X,5 TABS THREE TIMES A DAY.

FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.

Hello Anuj Sir.Mujhe abhi thora accha feel ho rha hai.Mujhe pehle se cum constipated lgta hai n headaches bhe bht cum ho gye hai.Mere drk circles bht cum ho gaye hai.Overall health improve hue hai siwae mere skin k.Mere skin abhi bhe sawli hai.
