Glaucoma and cataracts

I am 60 yr old female with glaucoma which is under control and cataracts in both eyes(right eye is worse) for which I am considering surgery however would like to know if anyone has success with homeopathic treatment for cataracts and specifically if anyone has use Can-c drops .

Naphthalinum 6c

Phosphorus 30c

Silica 30c

1 dose is 2 pills or drops.
