Pcos with heavy bleeding every 15 days

I have pcos with heavy bleeding in every 10-15 days with sharp pain in both ovaries. I had twins pregnancy last year but lost them due to preterm delivery at 24 weeks .n then after i m bleeding i have taken primulate n and letrozol and now i m on diane 35 but still spotting plz help me .
After periods i have taken Calcarea Carb 200 and on 10 day i started bleeding with pain then i take thuja 1m which give me relive from pain.please reply so that i could conceive again

TAKE COLOCYNTH 30,5 DROPS IN AN OUNCE OF WATER THREE TIMES A DAY.

IN ADDITION CALC FLOUR 12X AND SILICEA 12X,FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY.

I have weak cervix too i got mcdonald stiches at 3 month n this tym my cervix is too dialated as hsg is done in jan. My amh is 5.5 and vitamin D is 29 all hormones are normal
