Obesity, weight issues - need advise

Age -41
Gender - female
Problem - obesity
Lack of motivation to exercise, eating too much even if not hungry keep eating
Eat more during stress, esp once kids home
Other problems - scalp wth white stuff / itching ? Mild psoriasis not sure
Since 2 years - joint pain in hands with swelling And in foot also with pain in joints
Worse with cold
Always use thick blanket, even if summer
Recent left knee pain, this I believe if from overweight issues
PCOS - but no enlarged cyst , menstruation is somewhat regular
Have seasonal asthma but not a problem right now
Depression - long standing issue , but not on meds , not really asking meds for it
As son with severe problems, and won’t get better without issues resolving

Main issue is overweight , which is causing joint pain, over eating
Stomach is like I am pregnant many months

Can I try Calcarea Carb 30c ?

Anyone with advise

14 days, but stop anytime if you started to have aggravation or something new started to come up.

I think my anxiety is a bit reduced
Cannot tell if I am eating less , I want to and am trying
Should I wait for a few time
Should I continue the same ?
