5 year old tonsil/ adenoids removal

My 5 year old has sleep apnea, snores, breathes through her mouth, and the scope showed that her adenoids cover 90% of her airway. She also has fluid in her air for a long time.

What remedies should I give before/ after the surgery?

Thank you

IS THERE
sweating of head?
with tonsillitis?
with greenish discharge?
with nasal obstruction?
wheezing?
exposure to cold air causes cough?
breathes through the mouth with clear mucus discharge?
yellow tenacious mucus from nostrils?
offensive odour from mouth?
ANY OTHER SYMPTOMS YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADD?

No sweating
Has enlarged tonsils
No discharge or known obstruction
No wheezing
I don't think the cold air causes a cough.
Doesn't have a nasal discharge, or mucous.
No odor from mouth, unless ate candies

Her mouth is open all the time, no matter the activity. This heavy nose breathing has been going on since she is 1 year old. She still wets her bed at night, and I think - some constipation.

Thank you!
