cartilage decreased in knee

i have pain in knee orthopaedic doctor told me that you cartilage is reduced and you are in initial stage of osteoarthritis my age is 26 . please suggest me how to regenerate cartilage in knee , i have seen somewhere that argentum met 6c along with arnica 30 is good for regeneration of cartilage please tell me is it safe and how to take this , please help me .and i am also attaching my right knee x ray

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I suggest you start with Argentum met 12c, once DAILY and Argentum met 30c, 1 - 2 doses WEEKLY, at least for a few months.

You can also take Arnica 30c, 1 - 2 doses WEEKLY.

1 dose is 2 pills or drops, take it anytime during a day.

i am extremely thankful for your suggestion , actually i have no idea about homeopathy please tell me one more thing , should i directly take 2 drops of argentum met 12c or i have to put 3 drops in 500 ml water , then take . as i have read some where that take a wet dose which is 3 drops in 5ooml water . please do help me

Take 2 drops directly.

And if you started to have any aggravation, stop taking the remedies and wait until the symptom subsides.

Also you need to stay on for a while to see any improvement and report back if there any changes.
