Taking Ruta and Rhus same time

I'm new to homeopathy treatments. I was diagnosed with a meniscus tear a year ago and it doesn't bother me to much. I have lumbar stenosis and my sciatic nerve on the left said was aggrevated. Hurts most when sitting and when I go to stand. Did some quick research and bought Ruta for my meniscus and Rhus for the sciatic pain. After purchasing, I did some more research and it looks like they might actually do the same thing, so I'm not sure if I need to take both of them.

First take
hypericum 200c 3 doses (2 drops in 1 cup of water is one dose)
morning, night and morning.

After that from next day take colocynth 200c three times a day for 3 days

And then from next day continue with symphytum officinale 30c for seven days.

Along with medicines practice some spine lengthening yoga, stretching, etc.

Do not take anything 20 min. Prior and after the medicine.
Avoid coffee, camphor, garlic, perfumes and mint products.
You can tell me about the condition anytime gud or bad after taking medicines

Thanks for the info. Looks like my sciatic pain is actually pririformis syndrome which is pressing on the sciatic. Would the above still work? Would the 2 I listed in my initial post benefit anything? Thanks again

My current symptoms point to Piriformis. I’m pretty sure all my back pain is related to being diagnosed with stenosis a few years ago. Once a twice a year my back bothers me for a couple of weeks. This time a laid on an inversion table for 3min and the next morning the lowers back pain was gone, but I a burning pain in my left of my butt. I originally thought it was sciatic, because I’ve had that paIn before.

Are you a medical professional ??
If yes then it's well nd good..

If no then you have to consult some orthopedic dr. To know the exact cause of the pain

Otherwise

you can elaborate your whole symptoms with all modalities and concomitants
its very imp for the treatment..

If I were a medical professional, I wouldn’t have come to this site. I know what sciatic pain is because I had to go to physical therapy for my back and have been to chiropractors throughout the last 10 years. I’ve already been diagnosed with spinal stenosis by a ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON. Surgery isn’t needed because it’s minor. I’ll go ahead and remove myself from this site.
