please help numb outer foot on left side and big toe on right side
Please help!!!My right big toe started to feel like it had a band around it about 3 months ago. When I would take my show off it would go away. Soon, though it rarely went away anymore. And now it is numb about 50% of the time.
Soon after my outer left foot along the side under the pinky toe became numb.It is a three inch long by about 1 inch wide area that is numb all the time for about 3 weeks now.
I am worried that whatever nerve damage is happening will be irreversible if I don't fix it fast. I know the seat in my car is terrible but cannot replace it. I have changed my shoes as well.
I can answer any required questions!!!!!
