Redmark in private part

Sir I have faceing a problem in some day I seen a little red mark in my private part how can i treatment please tell me the medicine.

Please take Sulphur 30 and Natrum Mur 30 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over 10 days.

One dose means 2 pills or drops each of both the remedies at a time.

Sir I used sulphur 30 and Natrum Mur 30 in 10 days but sir this mark not decrease I feel no effect still i use that medicine ple recommend some best medicine because sir my railway medical exam so near so I want medical feet so please suggest me your best please check my mark I attached in this reply

Please take Belladonna 30 and Staphysagria 30 in evening for 10 days and report back.
