This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If the pain is sharp, try Arsenicum Album 30C. If it is more of a burning sore pain, try Aloe Socotrina (again, in 30C).

If you are unable to sort it out with homeopathy, you should see a doctor.

If you have flatulense along with the burning try CARBO VEG.

Hi. I was diagnosed with ulcerative proctitis about 7 years ago. I have had several flare ups during this time. The doctor has put me on Asacol 3 pills three times a day. My main symptoms are bleeding and frequent urges to go to the bathroom with only muccus and blood as a result. Does anyone have any suggestions?
