Make sure your nutrution is adequate to build healthy new cells & collagen , if necessary supplement with Omega 3 oils, Vitamin A,C & E and minerals Zinc & Copper. Also look into the benefits of Hyaluronic acid - it is wonderful internal skin moisuriser. Drink lots of water and apply a good regenerative , chemical-free moisuriser to your face.
