Throat problem

I'm 32, male, always having choked sore throat due to the digestive problem. I have gastric problem and anxiety. My ear is buzzing(tinnitus). What is the best remedy for me?

I can't stand hunger...must get the food very quickly. I can't take big meal at one time. Each time after taking meal, I produce air/wind through my mouth. When I was teenager, I used to suffer from athma but it's gone already. I used to take medicine(drug) from hospital.
I have tinnitus and lost of balance when walking(little bit) due to my extreme anxiety. Does it have any relation with my digestive problem?

suppression of astma has to do with digestive complains---susceptability had existed--only shows wrong direction --no cure..

tinnitusin self --indicates--either medicine side effect;metastasis of suppressed symptoms...

Anxiety more than 10 years. I'm vary anxious person.Scared of death, scared to stay alone. Very shy to talk in front of audience or big crowd. I can't be so happy, it can make me insomnia, difficult to sleep for few days. I used to have sinus when I got athma attack long time ago, such as itching eyes and nose.
I used to have bleeding gum because of the toothache, I didn't want to pluck to broken teeth because fear of the doctor and the utensil/tools used by the dentist.
Other symptoms I have now:
1.Head scalp, dandruff.
2.Mucous at the throat, always hawking but the mucous does not come out.
3.Urinate frequently after drinking water, the urine is smelly. I don't have diebetes so far.

I'm always thinking about God. I love my religion and want to be a good convertor but always fail. Try to be very committed to religion. I'm always upset and disappointed.
I don't know the name of medicines used in the past as all of them were allopathy. Only one I remember, the cinnarizzine(not sure the spelling) to heal the tinnitus.
Another symptom is it's very rare for me to go to toilet to pass my tool, normally after 2 or 3 days. I don't like to take vegetable in my meal,since long time ago.

i sense strong indication this is some deceit here...so i question the legitimacy of this case you present--as combining all 3 of your threads...but if realy thisis how you are--with absolutely no fiber of deciet (beides your presonal delusions--which you do have if thisis real)--then i tell you take one time ONLY!-Hyoscyamus niger single (2 pellets) dose 1M (homoeopathic remedy)--no repeat at all..and dont ask me what is--Hyoscyamus niger ---you will find out yourself.!! as for jinn forget about --of course you could be pathological liar--but i account for this--maybe nothing beter to do than joke around---yet maybe sincere...either ways..Hyoscyamus niger as told..
