psoriasis- is there a cure?
i have had psoriasis for the past 10 years, mainly on my scalp. but recently have had a outbreak all over my body and wonder if there is any treatment for this. i have been on the conventional allopathic route but unfortunately to no veil, so would be grateful to any insight......imy_g on 2006-04-20

Psoriasis is a very difficult ailment to cure but you may like to know that I have had some success with 2 remedies Nat Phos 6x and Arnica 6c which you can use as indicated below. I do not think that it will cure you but the chances are that your condition will be helped.
Nat Phos 6x accelerates the passage of food through the gut and helps to ensure that the elements in the food that are usually filtered out by a lining in your small intestine which you lack and which is the reason for your Psoriasis, are not permitted to stagnate for any long time.
The Arnica 6c helps to increase the flow of blood in the body and in the skin and thereby helps to retard the itchiness and lesions caused by Psoriasis.
The dosage is 2 tablets Nat Phos 6x (biochemic) taken after meals 3 times daily. If you notice that your stools are watery, you are advised to reduce the dosage to 1 tablet 3 times daily.
Arnica 6c to be used in the wet dose by inserting 3 pellets into a 500ml bottle of spring water which is banged hard on your palm (succussed) to ensure that it is potentized with each sip of a teaspoonful taken 3 times daily.
Please note that this is not a cure but it is a suggestion that may lead up to a cure and you are invited to report your response in a month if you decide to use this therapy.

Most psorisis patients are Arsenum Album constitution so place that remedy on the top. I bet you will get significant relief.

"Most psorisis patients are Arsenum Album constitution" HA! My incredibly annoying neighbor has had a terrible rash for as long as I've known him. Sure looks like psoriasis to me, although he now says it is eczema (I don't think so). AA would make great sense for him. Thanks! I'll read up on it when I get home.

i asked about psoriasis not knowing the great amount of response i would receive, but this is only a start to a long list of conditions i have. so i've decided to put all ailments down to ,hopefully, get better insight. Here we go...
*psoriasis- on scalp,torso,and exrtemities
*oily facial skin, especially nose and forehead
*low cortisol level- barely on baseline
*arthritic pain -mainly to knees,hips,back and disfiguration of some fingers and toes due to the swelling
*feeling of anxiety at times, and experiance alot of anger
please help.....your insight and info will be much appreciated

Since I made my last post on April 21 I have discovered that a total Vegan diet which excluded any food like all meats, fish, milk and anything that is not vegatable can aggravate Psoriasis.
You may like to know that when a patient who was responding to my treatement detailed in my last post was finally persuaded to go Vegan he responsed within weeks and is almost cured now.
However the price may be hard to pay but it just depends on the patient whether or not whether he feels that it is worth it.
Various theories have been offered as to the cause of Psoriasis and scientists now feel that it is the lack of a certain layer of tissue in the gut permits the seepage of some elements in the food into the blood which the patients skin reacts with Psoriasis.
The turnround of this patient was dramatic and I would suggest that this news be shared with all patients who are afflicted with Psoriasis.
