Follow up regarding Acne
Hello,This post is in continuation to a previous post I had written in regards to my acne. I am 25 years old, and am suffering from acne for the last twelve years.
Recently, I started taking Echinacea per Dr. Kumar's suggestion. Also I'm taking graphites 6c and calcarea sulphurica 30c.
I just want to know how important is the dosage, and is there a consistent dosage that I must take in order for this to work. Also, is this combination of drugs ok to take? I also have pimples that have left dark spots.
Would one of the doctors kindly respond to me, so that I may confidently continue with this herbal regimen. Any advice regarding this medication or other is deeply appreciated.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Anyone please respond, and let me know if I should take the Echinacea alone...I am pretty anxious for help.

Joe,
Thanks for your response. I've read your recommendations for Arnica. However, I've already started Echinacea, and it has been preventing new breakouts on my skin. I wonder if I should continue with this for a couple of more months before starting something new.
Thanks,
Khatera
