Pankaj, and others - NAT MUR dose guidance please

Greetings Pankaj, and others!

for several months I have been working full time at my (relatively) new job at a local health food store and my 2 house-sitting jobs! It is a wonderful place to work and to be. I have been studying my homeopathy books quite a bit for my own health and have been doing pretty well at it until today. I guess that is my "sign" to return to the forum!? Today I finally took the WHOLE DAY for myself, first time in more than a year for me to take more than just 2 hours here and there just for myself. Really needed! And POOF things start revealing themselves to me...imagine that!

Here is the scenario

After reading my MM to match symptoms to remedy pictures I came across NATRUM MUR. I then turned to my book "Select Your Dose and Potency" compiled by Rawat, and read the following case:

"W.J. Guernsey (H.P., vii.127) relates a striking instance: Mrs. P., complained of a 'lump' in the throat which could not be swallowed, and yet required constant efforts to do so. Aggravated on simply swallowing; yet on swallowing food it seemed to pass over a sore spot. BAR.C., LACH, BELL. Were given in succession in vain. Remembering the injunction of the Organon 207, to inquire as to what allopathic treatment a patient has been subjected to in order to discover if there is anything to correct, Guernsey discovered that the patient had had a severe ulceration of the womb which had been 'burned out' several times and was 'now well'. She had had a very profuse discharge but that had stopped, and on the same day she had commenced to 'choke' with the throat trouble. NAT M 295 m (F.) was given. In a few days the throat was better and the discharge had returned, much to the patient's horror. Without further treatment throat and vaginal discharge were both cured. (JHC)"

My story is that 3 years ago I had a D&C for a spot at the top of my uterus. It was nothing. Right after that is when I started having much more trouble with my throat and sinuses. Since that time there has always seemed to be something stuck in my throat as if it were swollen closed and then the pain radiates and causes other things to hurt (neck, shoulder, head - left side). Swallowing solids IS much easier than swallowing liquid or empty swallowing.

The therapist that sees me to do Cranio-sacral and Myofascial release with me feels that my energy blockages in my body located in the area of spinal vertebra L5 and S1 has something to do with a "memory" from that D& C procedure, but we just can not get whatever it is to release.

In my general looking today I came across this case # 11 for NAT MUR but am at a loss for the dose.

For me, as you know I have successfully used LACH (with your guidance) for several matching symptoms. I have also used BELL for matching symptoms, mainly those that fall under the current western "diagnosis" of "migraine headaches"

I have not, until today, matched my symptoms to BAR. C., but (also today) there is a much better match to NAT MUR. In other words, I matched to BAR. C., but more so to NAT MUR!

I am also very sensitive to salt.
