This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
CH means centisemal in the way Hahnemann did it: 1:100 and with every potency NEW glass was used. CH is sam as C.
K: centisemal BUT in the way Korsakovv did it: 1:100 and with every new potency SAME glass was used.
Understand difference?
So: 200CH=200C=200K
Get it?

I'm italian and i know that
my english are no good, sorry.
I want to know ( for exemple )
if i take a 200 K (korsakov)
is the same if I take a 200CH ? ( Hahnemann )
I don't think that
chemical correspondence is
200CH = 200K but
medical correnspondece
( effect ) is the same ?

No need to apologize.
You've got it right when you say chemical correspondence is the same.
In my experience there is no difference in effect, but mind you i have not given the different potencies to lots and lots ok people.
This is my experience: i learned at school to use c potencies, but after a while found that k potencies were cheaper and so i tried them, my friend has used them on animals too and we found no difference in action with c potencies.
Maybe someone else will come along on the forum and share their experiences with us. I can just tell you what my experiences are.
I don't know the motivation of Korsakov on changing the preparation method of Hahnemann, i suggest you try to find that out. The key is probably in that.
