-could it be lachesis?
I have many symptoms of Lachesis, HOWEVER, one of the keynotes of Lachesis is symptoms starting on the left side. Mostly every symptom I have started on the right side then went left. If all the other things match could it still be Lachesis?maryo on 2006-04-26

could be --but look serious into right to left remeies--if that symptm is as marke as told--then important to case...i would check other symptms closely--with that in mind...

Thanks for responding. Well I did just start menopause a couple months ago. No real symptoms there. I have eczema on my hands that is worse on right hand. Also, I type alot and I have repetitive stress on the right side.
Worse on waking.
Irritable, yelling at home
Once in a blue moon I have trouble swallowing. It's only one swallow where it happens, but it's like the reflex stops.
Don't like tight clothes.
Worse in autumn
Fatigue
Sometimes lazy
Alot of symptoms in general that wander. Never truly well.
A little nervous sometime driving in the car (I read in Peter Chappell's book this symptom is Lachesis). Once in a blue moon I feel like we're going to get hit head on. His book also said under fears this is Lach.
Religious feelings.
These are just a sampler. I did take Lach a couple months ago but aggravated very bad at a 6C wet. But I took 3 doses in one week. I think I only needed one and it lasts for a long time on me. I have a history of suppression (steroids, et al.) My eczema did clear up some though after the long aggravation, BUT I was also doing other alternative methods.
Just from reading the repertory Lach fits alot. But I also read how it is left sided because it is the feminine/emotional side. I think leftsided is a big thing for this remedy. Any thoughts I would appreciate.

well---symptoms dont necesarily point to lachesis...need peculiar -characteristic symptom(s) --that lad to choice....tight clothing could be a few others (calc;nat-m;lyc;caust;sulph;..)...

Blue hands (that's where the eczema is) I think is one of the main reasons the homeopath I worked with picked Lach.

hmmm..blueness not associate with eruptions --ots remedis--without anty modifying symptom-some well proved blueness--besides lach--arn;cupr;nux-v;laur;apis;plb....) yet if this strtd and going through menopause (starte same time) then lach--good choice---but if pre-pre menopause---dubious---also if had for a while blueness..---if associated with eruptins occurring --lach ;sulph;..ail;ran-b;crot-h;...
so could be lach...would need couple more goo characteristics-tip in favor--but seems in right direction

Hi John,
Yes the blueness and menopause did start around the same time. The blueness came from an extreme eczema that came on around the menopause. It was very debilitating it was so bad. The skin condition became blue.
I really considered sulph too for a bit, BUT I am usually always very cold especially this past winter. It is a marked symptom with me. I think Lach can be chilly or warm. Sulph is usually warm blooded. I did try Psor. I had terrible aggravations from it, and I don't think it did me any good.
Lach, like I said, did give me very bad skin aggravations, but now my skin is healing after 3 mos. of no remedy. It took away the TERRIBLE itch.
The hands aren't as blue as they were but they still have that tint to it. I'm very afraid to try any remedy because I'm afraid it might make my skin bad again.

Not good for months. I also compensated with other alternative modalities (lots of cleanses, and other things) so it's hard to say if it was that, but now I'm feeling alot better and the skin is about 75% better. One thing not so good is very bad constipation. I always had this but never like this. I don't go on my own.
Sleep is usually not a problem. Usually I need more than 8 hours but that's not new. Emotionally and mentally I'm probably close to what I was before I had the outbreak.

I also compensated with other alternative modalities (lots of cleanses, and other things) so it's hard to say if it was that, but now I'm feeling alot better and the skin is about 75% better. I have taken homeopathy medicine and
found it always agravates.
It never cure disease rather increases problem and brings more problem.
I had night false problem( my simen used to fall once in a week) i took homeopathy medicine and it agravated and became 6-7 days in a week and soon i became impotent.
The doctors gave different medicine like nux Acid phos etc,
I remained impotent for 4-5 years.
I realized homeopathy only increases problem. then i bought a homeopathy book and take a medicine and again found it agravates then i got an idea if i take any medicine which is forbidden in night false that would work.The book says if you take this medicine this might cause night false
Then i thought homepathy only increases diseases so i was sure if i take this medicine it will stop night false. and thats what happened.
Acid false caused problem with my memory made me week so also Nux and othe medicine.
My method is anty homeopathy (against the homeopathy)and it worked.
In the process I have found another medicine which actually incresaes Male human potency(the simen falls vary late)
Actually taking the medicine prescribed by the renouned homeopathy i became impotent.
If i musterbute the simen would fall within 1 minute and it remained for 5 years.
When i applied my method which is actualy against the theorem of homeopathy nobody would belive my potency became 30 minutes.
30 times more.
I am writing to cell anything .
My life spoilled because of homeopathy medicine.
Now i do not have have night false or impotency problem because of the firm belive that homeopathy only creates agravation and which stays for years.
If anyone has suffred write against homeopathy and save other people.
I can cure anyone who is impotent.
I have hidden my name because people will think i am mad.
But those who suffred from homeopathy agravation they will think i am right.
